Unfortunately our website is currently unable to process payments, instead, you'll need to contact us on ikpopdesigner@gmail.com to order. WE ARE EXTREMELY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES! Here are the payement details:

2. We will reply to your order request within 1-2 days with your order confirmation and further payment details.

NOTE: We ONLY process payments through PayPal. If you are using a credit or debit card for example VISA, MASTER CARD, etc, please link it to PayPal. Shipping

We deliver FREE worldwide with some country exceptions. Shipping times vary depending on country. Unfortunately, shipping does not include tracking BUT we will give you an estimated delivery time. Once your order has been processed, items will be dispatched within 1-2 days and order details will be sent to your email.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Simply email us your full order details to ikpopdesigner@gmail.com and we will respond within 1-2 days.
 

You may return any item in good original packaging condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be at your own cost. Once the item is received, we will provide you with a refund for the item price to your selected payment method when you placed the order. BEFORE YOU RETURN ANYTHING please first contact us via our email ikpopdesigner@gmail.com
 

In the case of an item error or defect, contact us on ikpopdesigner@gmail.com with details on issue + photo evidence and we will sort the problem through either a refund or exchange.
